Okay ladies and gentlemen, today we have a very exciting overview for you guys and we have a very exciting video for you because we have two big announcements to make. Well, two big things I guess I’ll say. So the first big thing is this big giveaway behind me which we are going to go over in this video—that’s LG ND 58 or 58th giveaway—but at the end of the video, we have a huge announcement to make, something we have been working on for a long, long time behind the scenes. We have said really nothing about it to the public yet, but we have finally, finally finished what we’ve been working on and we are very excited to share it with you. It is history in the making for LG ND, and it’s something that nobody has done in the industry yet. So, very excited to share with you. Stick till the end of the video so you hear all about it. Anyways, we’re going to get right to the overview.
We have a very exciting giveaway to go over. This is LG ND 58, a 2024 brand spanking new Chevy High Country Duramax that we did nearly $60,000 worth of work to. So, this is a big build sheet. We have not done a build sheet this big in a long, long time. The last lifted truck we did like this was LG ND 35, I believe, and now this is 58, so we were due for another one. And we have a very exciting giveaway now live, so we’re going to get right to it, ladies and gentlemen.

With all that now said, let’s get to the giveaway, guys. So behind me, we have a brand new 2024 Chevy High Country Duramax. Again, we have a ton of work done to it. I think we’re going to work from the front to the back of the truck. I don’t think we’ll go through lighting first and then go paint first. I think we’re just going to work front to back to make it easy.
Starting on the front end, what we did—well, I guess first thing we did was the wrap that you see on the truck. This is from Hexus. It is a satin chrome wrap. If you guys have followed us for a little bit, the last time you saw us do this wrap was LG ND 21, which is a long, long time ago. That was 2021, 2022, maybe? I don’t know, it’s been a while. But we only did that wrap only one other time. We were due to do it again. We did it on the Chevy. It looks absolutely amazing, but with this wrap, I will say it’s actually very difficult to do because it is much thicker than actual normal vinyl wrap. So, with that, going around the edges is much tougher. Stretching it is almost kind of impossible, and if you do stretch it, then you’re going to discolor the areas of it that you do stretch upon. So, it is a very difficult wrap to do. A lot of, I feel like, people that wrap kind of stay away from these wraps, but we got the best of the best in-house here to make these wraps come out very, very perfect. So, this satin Hexus chrome wrap looks very good on this truck.
Now let’s work from the front to the back of all the other stuff we did to complement this amazing color on the truck. This entire front grill is now gloss black. Usually, these bars are all chrome. This is yellow, I believe, the chrome around it. Now it’s all gloss black; looks very amazing. Down here, this little front bumper snout piece and the tow hook surs are all gloss black as well. Tow hooks now powder coated in black. We opened up our headlights, as always. We didn’t touch anything with the LEDs—they’re already switchbacks. Do you have the key? Where I put it. So they’re already switchbacks—it’s not—there we go. Amber when you signal, LED when you are driving. But we opened them up. The surround was already black, but the housing inside was not, so that is now all gloss black. It already has that carbon fiber surround in there too, which is very nice, and the reflector is now black with a little bit of orange showing through with the Chevy logo, which I love that they did that. That’s a nice little touch that they put the Chevy logo on the inside of the headlight. But anyways, pretty much blacked out with the exception of that little orange shining through over here. Fog bezels gloss black now, entire front bumper wrapped in the satin chrome. Our valance wrapped in the satin chrome as well. Our little snout right here, usually chrome, now in gloss black. We’ll work this way up here, which—look at it—it’s so different because I’m usually doing overviews and it’s like, oh, I could touch the badge right here, and now I got to go like this. I mean, I’m 5’11 for reference. It’s a tall truck. It’s a 7-9 inch Show Off lift kit, which we will get to.
But anyways, this Duramax badge, the surround is usually black plastic, and this is usually chrome. Now it is all gloss black. Of course, LG ND bullet antenna on every truck that has an antenna slot. We will put one of these on there. These will get you entered to win one of our giveaways, so you can go on the website right now, pick one of those up, possibly win this truck, which is pretty crazy. While we’re looking at it, the windows—we have 20% on the side and 35% on the windshield. Our cab lights, which have turned off—well, we swapped those from amber to put them white LED, so there’s all white LED on this truck. Mirrors all gloss black now, so painted and smooth gloss black. There’s no orange peel in this corner of the street over here; absolutely beautiful. So usually, this entire thing is black plastic. Now it’s all smooth gloss black, even the front surround of the mirror as well.
Alright, moving on. Our handles right here are custom-made CNC’d out with the acrylic strip right there, LED behind. These are white LED when you’re driving and amber when you signal, so all of your lighting goes together—your headlights, your mirrors, and your handles—so to each side, of course, so you have all your four handles with the CNC strip-out acrylic right there and the light behind it, which is very nice. 2500 badge right here, all gloss black going across the entire door. We got the amp steps on this truck as well. Those did not come with the truck; we put those on. Fender caps a little bit shorter than the actual big mud flaps that usually come on the truck; we put these on so you have more turn with these big, beefy tires right here.
So, might as well go over everything that is right in front of us. So, first of all, our fenders, all of them on all four sides, are wrapped in the satin chrome. They are usually textured plastic from the factory, but we don’t—or we can’t actually wrap textured plastic, so we have to paint and smooth them and then wrap over them. So, theoretically—well, actually not theoretically—if you do take off this entire wrap, you will have a fully gloss black truck, which is pretty unique. It’ll look very, very good, but the satin looks very, very nice, so don’t take it off—at least yet. Anyways, moving on. So the suspension—why is this truck so tall? Because it’s got a 7-9 inch Show Off lift kit under there, powder-coated in all gloss black. So, you have your UCA, your spindle. We even have our bump stop drops over there in gloss black. We got the Fox shocks, we got the Fox reservoir shocks with the Show Off clamp right there. We have our sway bars powder-coated in super chrome, torsion bars powder-coated in super chrome, and then you have that other bar that’s part of the—I don’t even know what that is—it’s connected to the—I don’t even know, I don’t know what that is—part of the Show Off lift. We have the torsion drop kit over here with the Show Off base plate to finish off the suspension component. Our Show Off cross member in the front, which you could see because this thing is jacked so high, so you could see it from when you’re far away. I love the Show Off kits for this exact reason right here; all the branding looks so good. Anyways, that is pretty much it for suspension.
Okay, then moving on, we have the 26×14 American Force Wheels. These are the Severus wheels from American Force
, all polished, billet center cap, not floaters, but that’s okay. You also have these spiked lugs to complement it. And we got 2-inch Shifted Industries spacers behind these wheels to give it more poke. Now, wrapped around the wheels, we have these 35×15.5 Fury Country Hunter tires. Beefy. I believe we’ve run these before on something. I don’t know what, but big beefy tires. They’re not too loud; they look very good, kind of like an off-road-style look. Very good wheel and tire setup. We went over the Show Off lift kit, and now I think we are going to move back even more.
Moving on backward, our side bed steps are now painted in gloss black. Our mud flaps are painted in gloss black. We got the Fox shocks in the rear with the Resi shocks as well. We have these massive U-bolts that came with the Show Off lift kit and the leaf spring block as well. Moving backward, tinted tail lights. Again, everything else is wrapped—the tailgate is wrapped, the rear bumper is wrapped. You have painted bed steps on both sides, painted rear Chevy logo, and painted tailgate drop-down handle right there. Powder-coated hitch, and then we drop down and we got our two-tone Mag-Hytec diff cover, so it’s all black with the silver fins. That is pretty much all that’s going on under there. Painted third brake light. The entire roof is black.
Alright, and then with that, I believe the only thing I’m forgetting is rock lights, which we have 16 on this truck. LG ND high-output rock lights, two in each wheel well and then a bunch down the middle, and it lights this truck up at night. Looks very good. I’ll put a clip here, don’t worry. I think that’s it for the exterior. So, we’ve gone over everything on the exterior of this truck. Now I think I’m going to hop inside very quick, show you that. Listen, it is the same as all of the other 24 GMs that we have done, which we’ve done a lot of those now. This one, though, does have the two-tone brown and black interior, as you could see. So, the brown inner and then black outer, which I do love this interior. It’s got the big screen, it’s got the CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless charging, heads-up display, digital gauge cluster, digital rear view. It’s got the sunroof, it’s got a Bose sound system, the cool stitching, the cool wood grain.
I was going to get to it. Ready for this? Check that out. 1,200 RGB stars, and it goes to your phone. Let me show you this very quick. So, there’s an app called Banlan X—Banlan X. So, it’s connecting. So, whoever wins this truck, you’re going to get this app and you’re going to be able to connect to the truck, and I’m going to pick a solid color here. Show up there. Ready? Watch the color change, guys. What do you want? Red? Perfect. I want red too. Ooh, that’s like purple. There we go, that’s like red. We’ll do a green. Oh yeah, I got about blue. Oh, I like that. You got yellow, you got purple, you can make your own color. Can’t go wrong with normal white. But anyways, you can make it go to your music, you can make your own color. There’s a lot of cool things in here. Rainbow—well, I haven’t done this yet—oh my God, that’s crazy. Look at that. Like a dance party. Wa—yo, that’s crazy. Okay, we’re going back to a solid color. Anyways, 1,200 RGB stars in the ceiling, you got your app to control it. But again, you know, the normal High Country interiors—you know, we’ve done many overviews with this updated interior, so I won’t go through all of it. I’ll show you the back very quick though. Get in there. You got heated seats in the back for the rear passengers. Zach, open this little compartment right here—back seat storage. Ton of headroom. They got the Milky Way back there too. A lot of stars. There’s a lot of stars. 1,200 fits this, though, very well, especially with the sunroof. Fills it up. I think that’s a perfect amount. Hell yeah.
So anyways, yep, that’s pretty much the interior. I’m not going to go too in-depth with that. I’m getting very excited to tell you guys about the big announcement we have. So, as a winner of LG ND 58 behind me, you will get the two keys, you will get the title in your name, and you’ll also get a $50,000 check on top of it all. This is not to put in your pocket and act like you have 50 grand more to your name to do whatever the heck you want to do with. That is not the purpose of it. The whole purpose of the $50,000 is to help cover taxes and fees associated with winning. So, as the grand prize winner, you’ll be getting the approximate retail value put on your income for the year that you win the truck in. So, for the instance of LG ND 58, you’re winning it in 2024, so you’re going to have $135,000 added to your income for 2024. That is the truck value and the cash value combined. So with that, it’s going on your income. You have to pay taxes on that. The reason we’re giving you 50 grand is to cover it, so 50 grand will be plenty. It has been plenty for all of our past winners. A lot of them have had money left over afterward to then use however they want to. But again, I would not suggest taking that 50 grand, putting it in the bank, and then blowing it on something that maybe you don’t need or something that you think you could use. I don’t know. Don’t go blow the money. The whole reason that we are giving it to you is for the taxes, so I don’t want you to go blow the money and then have to go sell the vehicle when taxes come around because you can’t afford to keep it because you can’t pay the taxes on it. Alright? So just be smart with it. That’s all I got to say. If you want to put it in a little account for a little bit so it can make some money over time until tax season, great, do that. If you could spend it and become confident you can make the money back, sure, do that as well. But the whole reason is for the tax obligation that you will have on yourself. So don’t go blow it and not expect to have to pay anything. You got to pay taxes, okay?
With that said, watch out for the scammers that try to contact you because they will be everywhere once a giveaway comes to a close or once a giveaway launches or once a giveaway is coming to a close. They’re going to start reaching out to people. Somehow, they get your number sometimes, or they DM you through Instagram. All of our followers, they get contacted. Someone’s trying to get some money out of them. “Hey, you won blah blah blah, you have to pay us this much to retrieve the prize.” That is a dead giveaway it is a scammer, so do not fall for it, please. We try to make you aware as much as we can. We have a full guide on our website that you can go check out. That way, you know exactly what to expect. If they try to reach out saying some certain things, you know it’s not us because the only way you know it’s going to be legit is if you get a call from American Sweepstakes, who is our sweepstakes company. They will call you and say, “Hey, are you so-and-so? Congratulations, you won LG ND 58.” With that, we just have to verify that you are 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, and are a valid U.S. or Canadian citizen. If you are all three of those things, then they will send some paperwork over to you. You have to go get it signed, get it notarized, send it back to them, and then once you are confirmed as a winner, then we get to call you on Instagram live, where we go live on Instagram every single time to announce the winner. Once we do that, we call you. You now know it’s legit because we are calling you from headquarters in Connecticut, and then after that, we book a day for you to come out to Connecticut and then get this truck revealed to you on the platform that is over there.
But anyways, we’ve had 50—well, to date filming this, we’ve had 54 people come to Connecticut. We have LG ND 55 right there, which is getting picked up next week—or no, when is that getting picked—yeah, next week, right? Or week and a half. September 9th, that is getting picked up. LG ND 56, we just announced the winner, making the video, so we still have to book a day for that person. LG ND 57 is not over when I’m making the video. But either way, you’ll be flown to Connecticut. We’ll have a whole winner day together, a whole memorable day together, and then you’ll be off, either driving the truck home, which I suggest doing, or you could trailer it home, and then it’ll be rightfully yours wherever you live, and you can do whatever you want with the truck. Keep it, sell it, do whatever you want, okay? No strings attached here, LG ND. But anyways, with that said, we went over the truck giveaway timeline: August 31st to September 20th.

So, we have been thinking about this for a long, long time.
