RETURN POLICY
We understand the importance of clarity in our return procedures, both for our customers’ peace of mind and for ensuring a smooth process. Below, we’ve outlined our updated guidelines to facilitate efficient returns:
Order Modification
Once an order is placed, it undergoes immediate processing, including the generation and payment of a shipping label. This swift processing enables timely delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
Already Shipped?
If you wish to make changes after your order has been dispatched but before receiving it, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery. Upon receipt, you can initiate a return according to our policy. While we may attempt to halt the shipment if contacted before leaving our facility, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable both ways as well as our processing fees. For peace of mind, we encourage thorough consideration before finalizing your order. If you have any questions or require clarification on any product, please reach out to us via our email. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you find exactly what you need.
Returns for Tuners
- Eligibility: Tuners are our primary product eligible for returns. The tuner must be in new condition and in original packaging. If the product is used, we do not accept returns on any used products. All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Please ensure you wish to purchase the items before you finish the checkout process.
- Note: Tuners with Custom Tuning services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Faulty Tuner: If your tuner is faulty due to reasons beyond your control, we will cover the return label cost.
- Other Reasons: For non-faulty tuner returns, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. This also applies to exchanges. Returns of non-faulty tuners are subject to a restocking fee, starting at 35%.
- Our goods support a 30-day return and refund policy. The returned items must be in a condition that does not affect their resale.
Returns for Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits
Non-returnable Items: We no longer accept returns for exhausts, race pipes, and certain items like EGR kits.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
- Exhausts & Race Pipes: If your item is damaged, we will provide a replacement part or a new product in severe cases of damage. In the event of an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.
- EGR Kits: Damaged or incomplete EGR kits will be replaced with necessary parts. For incorrect kits, we will promptly dispatch the correct one along with a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
