Woo, what a beautiful day here in Wyoming! We’re at the Bless Performance Truck Show, and I had to do a filter replacement because I forgot to do that earlier. It’s throwing a low fuel pressure code—whatever. It’s a clapper, a CP4, wanting to have a disco party with all injectors invited. Over here, someone’s working on the old Cummins, trying to fix an oil leak. She left a good puddle, and there’s a big one right now.
“Good night! Yeah, bro, that’s not good. I think you might need a new block or something spicy,” I say.
Oh, my goodness, look at this guy rocking the merch! “Hold up, let me see. Damn, that looks familiar. Is it that truck?””I think it’s my truck,” he replies.
So, I just swapped out the fuel filter. I’ll show you that old girl right there—had to swap her out. Let’s see how the FASS fuel system does in priming it. Let’s see if it starts up.
“Oh, she got it! She started! She started!” That was a long crank, and it died.
There was a bad explosion that killed at least two people, and 60 others were hurt. The accident also set other vehicles on fire and caused part of a highway bridge to collapse.
“Let’s see if it starts again.”Okay, she started. She started! Don’t you worry.
Not too bad. Boom! Now, watch out. After we figure out his little catastrophe, we’re going to head over to the show.
We’re currently about 5 miles away from the show, but look to the left—there’s a big wildfire in the distance. I guess Gillette, Wyoming, is known for wildfires, and it’s really bad around here. They said there’s one going on right now, and from the cloud I see, it doesn’t look too good. It looks pretty hot, huh?
“But that’s sad. That sucks. Wildfires are something that you can’t stop, and it’s very shitty. They spread super fast.”
We were talking to this old girl, and she said she’s from Texas. She moved up here but had to get evacuated from her home because of the wildfires. She was like, “Yeah, I’m about to move back to Texas now.” I couldn’t imagine having to evacuate your town because a wildfire was getting too close—the amount of smoke settling in the town and driving through it would look scary, like a movie.
Check this out; we can see it better now. Brian’s ripping through the parking lot.
“Look at that! Holy, big show ground, big parking. Bet they have camper hookups. Come on!”
We made it. Did we not? We did. Got the rigs looking pretty good inside here. Someone’s leaking all over the floor.
“‘Cause C doesn’t know how to work on trucks.”
“Yeah, that’s crazy, actually, because I never even touched that head gasket.”
Let’s get into some merch stuff—cinematic style! A little merch plug: crewdieselclo.com. There you go, it’s a win!
“Dude, it has a 12 out! What in the is this, a smoke stack?”
“I don’t know. Your truck doesn’t look like this, bro. That’s crazy!”
“Hey, give me a month. A month, and it’s going to look like that. It’ll look better.”How much did it make?1,262 horsepower. Good night! That thing is sick.”It’s the older version of the smoke stack.””Oh, you’re spilling fluid everywhere!”
“She got up to 255. I think it’s just a little hot now, but the coolant hose blew off. I’m just going to fix it and do it again. It wasn’t good enough for me.”
“No, I don’t think so either. You gotta do better than that.”
“Buddy, I want you to go down to the last cone, flip it around while doing a burnout, and come back.”
“I’ll try my best. I know Bryce Johnson over here, but it might work. It might not even make it down the road. That motor might go boom.”
Well, on that note, the Bless Performance show was a success. We’ve got some repairs to do now. One, his truck—I don’t know what the hell is wrong with it. Two, the most important one because we gotta get home: the FASS fuel filters on this thing and a disaster prevention kit for that CP4. I don’t know if it’s going out or what’s going on, but if the worst happens, I gotta make sure I save the injectors and the rest of the fuel system.
So, she looked good. She looked pretty alright. You know what looks even better? This damn trailer—the orange gooseneck trailer looks fire out here.
Alright, so we just got back from Bless Performance. We’re up in, where are we? South Dakota? No, this is—oh, it is South Dakota, that’s right. But we’re in a mountain.
“What is that over there?””It’s my truck, bro. That is fire. But what’s that up there? What’s that mountain?”
“Damn, I don’t know how the hell we got a 44-footer up here, bro. We were looking like . Dude, we pulled up, and everybody was like, ‘What are these guys doing?'”
“Hey, we on you. That’s what we’re doing. I swear on everything. We pulled up, and they looked at me, then looked back at the trailer, looked at where we were, and they’re like, ‘Did you get a ticket?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, I got a ticket.’ They go, ‘Okay, just park down there where the RVs park or whatever.’ And I’m like, ‘Alright.'”
“I don’t know how the hell I got it up here. Secondly, the trip back down is going to be—”
Well, on that note, guys, we’re going to go ahead and end the video here. We have a long drive back home—precisely like 13 hours. We’re going to end this with a little cinematic ending and a little merch drop. I don’t have it on right now, but crewdieselclo.com. Hit the link down in the description and get you something. See you guys on the next one!
