Off-Road Usage Compliance:

The merchandise available on this site is strictly for off-road applications. Adherence to public highway pollution control regulations is mandatory, and many of our products may not conform to such laws.

Local Legislation Awareness:

Prior to purchase and installation, we urge our customers to verify the compatibility of these modifications with local and state regulations. It is essential to ensure that your vehicle remains compliant with area-specific legal standards.

Installation by Professionals Advised:

We strongly advocate for the installation of our kits and components to be conducted by qualified mechanics. Incorrect installation could result in suboptimal performance or potential damage to your vehicle. It should be noted that, barring exceptions listed on specific product pages, our parts are provided without installation guides. Our products are intended for individuals who possess a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems. Given the universal nature of many aftermarket parts, slight modifications or fine-tuning might be required during installation. We regret that we are unable to process returns or offer refunds due to challenges arising from the absence of installation instructions.

Warranty Notice:

Utilization of these components may invalidate your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty. We recommend consulting with your vehicle’s manufacturer prior to purchase and installation for clarity.

Limitation of Liability:

Minimaxxtuner.com holds no responsibility for any damages or complications resulting from the use of our products. The responsibility for safe and correct usage of our parts lies solely with the user.
