 We will start processing your order as soon as it is placed and will ship it within three business days. If you need dropshipping, please enter the destination address and contact information in the shipping address field on the page, and note “Dropshipping” in the Remark section. We will ship to the address provided there and ignore the shipping address on the checkout page. If you need us to ship to the same place, ignore the shipping address on the page and fill in the address you need in the checkout page, noting “Ship to the same address” in the Remark section.

 If the tuner encounters an irresolvable error, we request that you provide pictures and welcome you to return it. Once we receive and confirm the return, we will arrange a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 business days and returned to your account.
