In the middle of installing this tune, this is what it’s doing right now going through all these warnings. I still have the whole def system on the truck nothing’s been removed, been dealing with the engine, idled def fault warning light, and the truck would only go five miles an hour. It would rev up. Fine rpms were fine, [, Music ], but right out of the box, this thing is separated super cheap feeling it stays together. This has been about close to 5 or 10 minutes.

 

I should have filmed it from the beginning. Truck has 166 000 on it. That’S what it was doing before speed limited to 50. I did the whole countdown and i never turned the truck off. I made it home and then, when i started again, it would only go five miles an hour.

So i pulled the nox sensor on the front. I soaked it in lucas overnight and i sprayed it with carburetor cleaner, put it back in still wouldn’t throw that coat off. I tried erasing it with this guy. Not much luck. It would get rid of the simple engine light, but not the warning with the death.

Then i put it back in i held the truck at 2 000 rpms for nine minutes. Then i bumped it up to 24 2500 rpms for about four minutes and then that code cleared off and i made it home drove it for two weeks perfectly fine and then this happened again made it home and it’s back into this limp mode issue. So now we’re here start your engine now press reset to exit, ah, how tough so tough and that freaking light’s still on stupid, beeping non-stop, the doors are open. You’Re backing up your lights are on so tired of it things to do today. Both my doors are open: okay, [, Music ].

This is all new to me. I’Ve never done this before can’t find any like solid videos. I know the manual is pretty straightforward. I got that downloaded kind of skimmed over. It should have read the whole thing.

 

I got ta hook up that wire and whatnot, so i go through menu, install gauge setup, set d fuel levels, performance diagnostic. Let’S see he must be in the run position with the engine not running to check and clear codes. Okay, so then i’ll turn it off again the on position and no it’s not low or out of depth continue engine. There are no troubled codes to clear. It won’t even pick that one up i’m doing wrong.

Would you like to clear yes erased successfully? That’S still, there start it back up if it’s gone come on success, huh, okay! I know i’m just doing things wrong. I know it all will work menu. This thing feels pretty fragile tire size, calibration tire pressure.

 

Other options show settings okay user set background. I don’t care about this kind of stuff reset default background theme. I don’t care, i got ta, see i’m not getting to that. Yep i’ll have to read more on it figure out how to turn off all this stupid lights, or maybe a guy who’s. Just put the pipe in there, it’s only a off-road truck anyways and i live in southern oregon.

We don’t have to deal with any of that jargon. That’S like my total. Since i bought the truck a year ago, i’ve been towing a trailer on the ranch here. Information there we go system check all the doors open. Oh my goodness, thank you for telling me this.

Is this door  is so annoying and now well, i just drive the truck and never turn it off. Had a friend scan it who had a big scanner, a big bosch one and that one worked to get rid of this light, my little chintzy ching chong one, doesn’t won’t uh erase that stuff and it says, see owner’s manual. You go to the manual and says: go to the dealership: okay, brakes, okay, yep, a warning the door seriously. Who came up with this ! I don’t know what else to go through still pretty cold huh see this one does yeah i suck at making these videos – oh yeah, i’m out in the dirt, not a new road.

Oh that’s doing a quarter mile stuff like that. This that and the other not doing those things gauge setup speed boost so cool, that’s really to like figure some more stuff out. I am no mechanic at all i’ll get her. You
